Learn Lead Thrive is a purpose-built consultancy I have shaped over three decades of experience across adult learning, early childhood and professional development sectors, with a strong focus on relational leadership.

Underpinned by formal qualifications in education, leadership, applied learning, coaching, and early childhood - including a recent Master of Education (Learning and Leadership), my practice blends lived experience with evidence-informed frameworks to support human-centered growth.

Whether designing leadership programs, enabling capability uplift, or fostering psychosocially safe workplaces, I bring a relationally attuned approach that recognises people as the heart of thriving teams and successful organisations. Drawing on multidisciplinary frameworks - including Practice Architecture, Attachment Theory, Trauma-informed Leadership, and the Rainbow Evaluation Model - I partner with individuals and teams to co-create workplace learning ecosystems, where people feel connected, empowered, and able to thrive.

My work is values-led, practical, and focused on organic succession planning and long-term, sustainable impact.
