Service Description

The ECR 360 Report provides two reports the 'self' report and the 'multi-rater' report providing the individual self assessment and feedback from peers, colleagues, direct reports and managers. The ECR 360 provides a gap analysis of the differences in self and other perception. The assessment is completed online by the individual and the other participants. There must be a minimum of 2 colleagues and 3 direct line reports to complete this report to ensure anonymity. A 2 hour coaching and mentoring session is then conducted to unpack the resulting report, bring insight and understanding to provide information in development planning for you as a leader.
