Service Description

The Roche Martin Capital Report is a scientifically validated leadership tool to measure emotional intelligence, assisting individuals to understand their emotional strengths and areas for improvement and change practices. This session incorporates the completion of the assessment tool online in your own space and time and a 90-minute follow up session online or preferably face to face, to unpack the report, bring understanding and make a capacity building development plan.
